Hi morrow,Just a question,why the buyers agent?Are you time poor or lazy and think BA's will have a better result with your own research?Look at real estate dot com and domain.G0.ogle adresses etc,ask questions on the forums...Anyhow you may have a lazy 10k to throw away,i dunno?

Horses for courses but i still don't get the lazy punter.

Why not join a seminar lol?
