Hi everyone. I am trying to find some positive cashflow properties and I was wondering if anyone out there would like to give some examples of how they have achieved this. Im mainly looking for properties that show neutral cashflow before depreciation (Tax minimisation). Ive read lots of posts about dual occupancy dwellings and places on the outskirts of town (which seem to be poor investments). Any ideas really appreciated.
