need good property manager

i am looking for a good commercial property manager in the campsie(sydney) area.
any reccommendations ?

I'm not sure if you are going to generate much leads from here (but yeah doesn;t hurt to ask eh). In our local area (Penrith) Raine and Horne seem to do pretty well, maybe check out if they have one in your area. You might need to go do a few interviews with the PM's and stuff

out of curiousity....what management rates do people pay ?

i got a quote from one for 7% which is bit steeper than what i pay for residential (mine avg btw 5.5 to 6.6%)
