Hi need to bypass my property management company for maintainance as everything they have quoted for me is through the roof and habitually go for complete replacement rather than repair like the hinge on the garage door but no have to pay $1300 for whole new door.
Area is Strathpine /Braypark north Brisbane.
Any suggestions please.

With respect, no you don't. You hired them - explain what you want (politely) and ask them to comply.

Otherwise terminate their PM agreement and move to some other PM company more of your liking. What's the point of hiring them if you have to arrange repairs yourself?
