Need Pest & Building inspectors and PM in Wagga Wagga

I'm in the process finishing buying an IP in Wagga and would like to have recommendation for pest inspection, building inspection and property manager.

I use the professionals in wagga and very happy with them. I've had some challenging tenants over time and they've taken charge and always ended in a good outcome for me. No advice on pest and building tho.

I used Peter House (no pun intended) for the building inspection - he was excellent. Was happy to spend some time on the phone having a chat after the inspection which was important because it was an interstate purchase.

I met her when purchasing an IP. She's very switched on and knows the area well. We didn't end up using the professionals (for another reason) but I have little doubt she'd be a good PM.
