Need Recommendations on Building Inspector In Sydney

Hiya SSers

I have OTP settling around mid-december - any recommendations on building inspectors around Sydney Lower North Shore? Ideally they need to be experienced with OTP apartments with eagle eyes for defects

I have contacted one, and the real estate agent also recommended another that's supposedly 100% independent from the builder where they negotiated discount (but I'll take the recommendations as grains of salt).

Recommendations?

OTP apartment? For me, print out a good check-list and inspect it yourself.

That's true, but I might not have eyes for some building defects, poor workmanship and size differences, so quite happy to pay a specialist for $300-$400.
