Need to get a valuation done for Insurance purposes

Well finally getting closer to settling on my new factory.

I need some contacts for appropriate valuers to value the new purchase for insurance purposes.

The valuation is not to be a market valuation but rather a total replacement valuation.

Obviously also needs to be someone who the insurance companies recognize as a qualified person/company.
