New Build on sloping Block- Melbourne

I am in the planning stages of a development to build two houses on a sloping block in Melbourne's northern suburbs.
My question is whether I should hire a drafts-man to draw plans, which I then own and can get builders to quotes. O do I go to a specialized sloping block builder who organizes everything. Has anyone had a positive experiences or any comment that I might learn from?

A good builder should be able to tackle any project as long as the drawings and engineering are done correctly.
So to that I would be starting with a draftsmen/architect on the project.
Each sloping block is different and poses different challenges.
