New Fence

Hiya all, quick question ...

I am looking at replacing a timber fence on one of our IP's.

My IP and neighbours home have a wooden entry gate which estimators have advised me will noth need to be replaced when old fence is removed as they are connected.

My question - are costs of these wooden gates also split 50/50 or is it only cost of actual fence ?

as above just the boundary fence, i did mine a few months back and added a gate on and i got the fencer to quote the cost of the gate seperately from the fence so the neighbours could easily identify the breakdown and cause no disruption
