New Home Purchase (Cordon Homes)

HI,
I am new to this forum. I hope i can get some good advice.
My wife and i have looked at several homes, the one we like the most is from Cordon homes. However, reading through the forums some people have had serious issues with this Builder whilst others have had no problems and recommend them.

Can anybody recommend a builder in Brisbane thats good on price, flexible with plans and communicates well. Our block is slopping front to back raised.

Outstanding quality build and very competitive price. Quite a few folks here now have used him and like his product.

I built using Stylemaster homes & was very happy with them. Great communication, price and fixing the minor problems I had with the finished product.

Don't know if they build on a sloping block though?
