New i phone app

My son has created the attached app which can be used by owners/PM/Investers etc to record any purchases or work done at a property. For now it is only good for i phones, would love some feed back for him. Thank you.

Is that the right app? It brought up a video about storing serial numbers???

Hi Luckyone, yes it is the advert for the new app made by apple. You down load the app and you use it as a filing system that records info, not just serial numbers but any info you feed in including photos of the product.

Without downloading the app. My issue is, it's not specific to this market (Property Owners). Rather, you can use it for ANY filling work. The app world is tooo competitive now days.

If a client wants to provide the information to me - How does that work ? I don't want to download it, share their cloud etc.

A PM would never consider it. They have software to manage the hundreds of properties on trust accounts that are the difference between licensed and unlicensed.
