Just bought a circa 1920 Queenslander (3 bed rooms) in Greenslopes Brisbane. The old metal/tin roof needs to replaced before i can rent it out to tenents. Can anyone recommend a reliable company for roof replacement and also for the paint work inside (VJ wall) and outside the house?
