I have 2 IP, one is about $160,000 value, with $100,000 loan. IP in my name
2nd one is in Hybrid Trust name, and is valued at $250,000, with $200,000 loan.
Which property should i take equity out to buy my own home?
If i take from the trust property, say I can take maybe $40,000 out, does that mean the hybrid trust use the 40,000 to repay my units? Then I can use the 40,000 without CGT to buy my own home?
