next buying strategy for my own home

I have 2 IP, one is about $160,000 value, with $100,000 loan. IP in my name

2nd one is in Hybrid Trust name, and is valued at $250,000, with $200,000 loan.

Which property should i take equity out to buy my own home?
If i take from the trust property, say I can take maybe $40,000 out, does that mean the hybrid trust use the 40,000 to repay my units? Then I can use the 40,000 without CGT to buy my own home?

CGT is triggered upon sale of an asset.There is no sale here.
If you are taking equity out the money aint coming from the trust or IP.
it s coming from the bank in the form of a loan.Its just a normal mortgage your seeking.
