No agent selling?

We are thinking of selling our home ourselves, as we had success selling our last house.

As times have changed, we thought we would try advertising on the internet this time.

Can anyone advise of any good websites please.

Allso I'm interested people's views on selling before or after the next Federal election?

Privately Selling

The problem is to make sure it gets on a site that people look at. In 2003, when I tried to sell my house in Adelaide, because it was on a site that was not looked at much by SA people, after 3 paper ads the nos started to dwindle, I gave it a RE and it sold the first day on line. I don't know what sites that people look at in VIC??, unless you can give it to a RE to put on for you and pay them a certain amount for that service??
