No Doc's Loans @ 80 -85% LVR ???

Can any one assist me to find :
No doc's or lite doc's investment loans
that will lend @ 80 -85% or more LVR ?
They are about, its just a matter of finding them?

Ge Financial Services provide such a loan. Their products are distributed through (amongst others) Oneport, the wholesaling Division for Citibank, GE Capital and Rams Home Loans.

Just out of interest, how much extra interest would these sorts of loans charge?? They sound pretty good so far.

Currently you can get these type of loans for approx 7.75% and above. Usually around the 8.05% from what I've found, though I don't know all lenders and what there rates are.

But I think it really depends on how much in the way of Docs you supply.

Yep around the 8 for 80 % and 10 for the 85 % + some ugly entry and exit fees

others vary on depending on credit history servicibilty, whether loan is code or non code etc etc

How I love seeing you to brokers chatting to each other. Bestowing sweet compliments on between yourselves. If one answers a post then the other has to reply to that, the other then has to reply to the previous brokers reply and on and on and on.....
