No more small claims tribunal in QLD

As you know disputes with tenancies in QLD currently go to the small claims tribunal and the rulings are often in the tenant's favour.. as they are not based on laws and precedence.. but depend on which side of the bed your "Judge Judy" woke up on

So later this year it will be a new "Civil and Administrative Tribunal" and judgments should be made based on laws and precedence..

Thank goodness!! Have been to the small claims court only once but what a debacle!!!
An absolute nutter of a judge who made no decisions based on law - all emotive crap!!
My PM went in very well prepared, photo's, documentation (including falsified ones byt the tenant) etc - he didn't and wouldn't even look at them.
