Non Genuine Savings

Does anyone know about the "non genuine savings" lending programs that some of the financial institutions are running?

Yes what do you want to know.

95% Non Gen is out there but credit criteria is tough.

Interest rate a little higher than the standard as well as the application fees and set up costs.

If you have good employment and residency stability and clear credit you would be half the way there.

And if you have 15 to 20% of the price plus costs most lenders wont need to see genuine savings...

There are a lot of lenders offering non-genuine savings...but if you put in a bank for 3 months, then they can probably easily consider the savings as genuine...
