Non responsive tennants-what would you do

They're probably growing drugs. Happened to a friend of mine. Tenant wouldn't return phone calls only to find out a few months later they moved out and the place had been completely trashed to grow a marijuana crop.

Tenant was never to be seen or found after that.

If that's the case, then they're playing for time to get their product out of your place before leaving.

Now, if you want the most thorough inspection possible, you could call in an anonymous drug tip - just kidding, lol
