Woodridge can be considered a high profile suburb, as it is typically on the news most evenings. Robberies, arsons, assaults, car races, etc.
Locally in Brisbane, it has a very bad reputation, so if you're keen to buy an IP there, you would want to have good insurance, a good PM, tolerance, etc. The local council - Logan City Council - has just announced an urban renewal project for Springwood, so if you're keen to buy in that part of the world, you might want to consider that vicinity.
