NSW Fair Trading warns of dodgy agent in the Goulbourn region

The state?s Fair Trading Commissioner Rod Stowe this week warned people that Peter Franklin Atherton and his business Franklin Real Estate Pty Ltd trading as The Country Specialist should not be dealt with.

A recent consumer complaint resulted in a Fair Trading investigation into Atherton?s business activites which discovered Atherton does not hold a licence to act as a real estate agent and the company Franklin Real

Estate Pty Ltd trading as The Country Specialist is not registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

unless he plans to do a pump and dump, and assuming he has been in the business and wants to stay in it, im not sure why he just doesnt get his damn license
