I'm currently looking at an OTP purchase intially for an investment that will eventually become my PPOR. The contract had a special condition which has me worried. Is this excessive?
Either party may by notice given to the other end this contract if the Plan of Subdivision is not registered within forty eight (48) months from Dale of Sale. The Deposit must be refunded to the Purchaser if this contract is brought to an end under this Special Condition. Neither party mya bring this contract to an end under this Special Condition after the Plan of Subdivision is registered.
