U K - I'd go with the DIY stuff that would likely be worthwhile value-adds for property investors. Or minor fixes to worn things that could save the cost of buying new.

* Eg prep before painting & painting
* Waterproofing in wet areas
* Repairing or replacing tiles (inside)
* Roof repair (replacing tiles and iron)
* Building movement and cracked plaster ceilings/walls
* Installing shelves or built in robes
* Sourcing secondhand / cheap building materials
* Dealing with tradies / where to find them
* Non-tradie labour / where to find - what they could be useful for
* Paving and outdoor living
* Carpet - choosing buying and laying
* Tips for fixing worn kitchen cupboards, bathroom vanities or wardrobes
* Adding a room (by dividing an existing one)
* Removing a room/opening an area up (basically structural vs non-structural walls)
* Sequence of doing stuff - eg painting then carpet
* Cheap outdoor living area ideas

Some of the things in Nathan's videos but in more detail?

You get the idea - HTH
