I wonder if they are any more reliable for the WA houses given that you have to pay for those. Does anyone know why that is? It's only 30c per sale record though so doesn't break the bank:)
 
The only valid pricing provided by oth is the government listed sales figures which may take 3+ months after settlement - too long in either a sharply rising or falling market.

The guesstimate is very rough at the best of times as the algorithm used doesn't flow with property size, no. Bedrooms/baths/garage/land, type, age/size of building, other improvements, zoning etc.
