Can someone please help me understand why some houses' sale price appear on www.onthehouse.com.au and others don't ?

Even some recent homes that have sold in Castle Hill have this situation.

Anyone know ???

My experience is that some turn up a couple of months later, when the government price is shown, which is often different to what the agent has put as the sold price.

I wonder if they are any more reliable for the WA houses given that you have to pay for those. Does anyone know why that is? It's only 30c per sale record though so doesn't break the bank

The only valid pricing provided by oth is the government listed sales figures which may take 3+ months after settlement - too long in either a sharply rising or falling market.

The guesstimate is very rough at the best of times as the algorithm used doesn't flow with property size, no. Bedrooms/baths/garage/land, type, age/size of building, other improvements, zoning etc.

Agreed. I am not saying its just, just that it is currently our reality that the paid systems have better coverage.
