Opinions on Canterbury, NSW ?

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone had any opinions on Canterbury, NSW. I saw a house on the weekend there, south of Canterbury road, and the streets seemed quiet, family friendly, and the prices seem more reasonable there compared to nearby suburbs further north. The house would be for living in (not investment).

Here, I'm interested more about just the suburb Canterbury (not the region Canterbury).

Canterbury is on the list there.

Then you'll have to do some legwork on the ground, check schools, shops etc.
