Opinions on Sydney

With all the talk of the market slowing down, interested in peoples opinions from a selling point of view - if you were in the process of a build/reno would you be in a rush to finish and get on the market this year?

Any Northern Beaches experts?

Halfway through a new build/sub division and wondering if i should be stressing to get it done and on the market for this Spring/Summer or whether early next year will be much the same?

Surely someone has a crystal ball?
 

Typical SMH spin . So from their perspective a 0.5 % growth for the month , which annualised out at 6 % is SYDNEY HALTS ....

The previous month annualised out was over 28 % .... Maybe if they use a bit of common sense and averaged them out , you get somewhere close to the truth .

After all April , has Easter , school holidays , so not exactly perfect buying time , but then that doesn't make a good story ...

At least they said Brisbane is going well .....

House-price growth in Sydney, while still strong, was markedly lower over the March quarter than the levels recorded over the December quarter.

Finally , someone at Fairfax who read the figures and didn't report a crash ....
