Hi,

Not sure if its been covered previously but how are property options priced? I'm sure it's a bit of both but is it more of an art or a science?
If anyone has a tool or spreadsheet they are willing to share that would be great.

If you are giving the option- the higher the better. If you are being granted the option the less the better.

As many option savvy entrepeneurs will confirm there are plenty of elderly couples living on prime inner real estate that have no understanding of options and will sign their life away for a pittance.

If I may misquote Mark Rolton:

"There are no losers in options- we call them optionors".
