I previously posted a question about using option contracts to trade residential property. Apart from some rather fascinating and erudite comments on spam ( the food) there were no real replies. Does anyone have any experience with this form of securing properties and particularly whether stamp duty is payable on this form of transaction.
Also, I had a lot of success in New York, converting old warehouses into strata offices, with huge capital gains. Is there anyone with experience in this area who would like to share their thoughts.
