We are settling on the property in OCT and should start building in January.

My business partner is a builder and I'm a mortgage broker!!
I will post pics of construction once we start.

Our plans are to keep one townhouse and sell one.

Hi,
We just got a permit to build 2 x town houses.
Each town houses will be about 30SQ.
26 SQ of living and the rest in garage.

Cant wait!!
