Outcome of Building and Pest Report

I believe Islam is one such religion. Which is why they have very creative banking practices.

I actually didn't want her to fix anything but take a bit off our high offer which we made in good faith assuming that the fundamentals of the building were in good order which it turns out were not. The house was mostly renovated and not being a builder I think this was a reasonable move on my part.

I think next time I will push for such a condition or organise a report before signing If i am confident our offer will get accepted.

As I mentioned earlier, I am not expecting it but in this world it never hurts to ask for anything. Sometimes you get surprised.

Thanks Andy, good to see what can happen inside the walls. It is pretty scary stuff. I imagine it is possible this could be the case in a home with a positive pest inspection too right?

My pest inspector has said that 80% of the homes in the baulkham hills area which he checks have some sort of termite damage!
