Did anyone PICK UP a deposit holding on the ettalong release on 26th december???????

102 units went on sale. All sold in 4days..

I have not seen that type of take up since the Toaster at circular quay SYDNEY 1997.

I was shocked to see them go out the door at that rate!
No advertising used..... Just word of mouth..

They say? there is a dull in the market right now??? Not at THE central coast (NSW)!

That development is just up the road from me, i dont know a lot about it but i know that a consortium (Outrigger i think) from the states bought a heap of units in one go, maybe 50 or 70 or something.

Units arent my thing especially OTP units and especially at this stage of the property cycle.

I have been looking at houses around the complex but the rent return is not good and neg. gearing is not my thing either.
