What is this suburb like - both from the perspective of a place to live as well as a long term investment.

I haven't researched it as it's quite expensive, but I can tell you a little.
Close to Fremantle
Older area - used to be all big blocks that have now been sub-divided in a lot of cases. Very leafy and green. Some fibro / some brick.
Avoid Carrington Road - bit busy.
Zenobia Street and around there is very nice.
Some units - villa style, I don't remember seeing any block type units.
Nice area - sort of trendy, though used to be housing commission and cheap, mostly gentrified these days.
