The property manager has ticked "single appointment"

What does that mean for me? It only explains what happens if "continuing appointment" has been ticked. How much notice must I get the property manager in order to terminate the contract?
 
Hi there

You can just change it to "continuing appointment" and then do the same with the termination period - change to ie 30 days and initial the changes.
 
So it should be Continuing Appointment if you want them to manage the tenancy. 30 days is the best you can have but they might want 60 (meet you half way), since 90 is the most.
 
I give my owners a guarantee of service saying is not happy with my service will only need 7 days notice to remove property from out service.

Needing 90 day is a joke and agents
