I'm just after some feedback in regards to Patterson Lakes. I have only just started to investigate the area, especially in and around the marina.
I'm interested to know whether there has been any ground movement as I have been made to believe this section is on soft ground.
Rental vacancies, How long are properties taking to sell, etc.
