Just a quick question for everyone. If someone has claimed the FHOG and then sells their home 9 or 10 months later, do they have to pay it back?
I've checked the FHOG document and it doesn't mention anything about it. Just that you have to move in within the first 12 months. Anybody know an answer to this one.
