Has anybody used them?

I called on Sunday afternoon to run through some figures and the guy, Nicholas was very helpful. The service hours and response times are great. They also offer Cash incentives if you do business with them.

I actually e-mailed him some time back to comment on an article he had written.

He was back to me in about 30 minutes, seemed to be very knowledgeable and followed up the first e-mail with 2 or 3 more.

In all, he really seemed to be on top of things. Never used them for a loan but if the initial contact was anything to go on I wouldn't be surprised to find that they do a good job.
