Personal accounting app for MAC

Hi,

Not sure if this is the right place to post but I was wondering what people here were using for their personal accounting, specifically for Mac's?

I just tried ibank and MYOBs online essentials but they seem geared towards small businesses. I'm looking for something that allows me to manage my investment properties and automatically generate a tax report annually that I can give to my accountant (or enter it myself into E-tax)

If anyone has any spreadsheets, could they upload them?

I have one the relates to IPs (only). It address income tax issues and the relevant CGT records which are equally as important.

Accounting for income tax issues based on cashflow alone could be costly if you omit a CGT issue that affects the cost base. ie depreciation, cap allowances, improvements , capital expenses, borrowing costs claimed over time etc

Common mistake is borrowing expenses:
- Claimed over 5 years. Incorrect. Its over 60 MONTHS
- What are borrowing expenses that are eligible ?
- How to treat a refinance

Issues with acquisition and ongoing
- Costs o settlement overlooked
- Start date - available to rent
- Wrong interest deductions based on loan security not how funds are used
- Bank fees overlooked
- QS report
- Scrapping overlooked...ie HWS replaced.
