Can anyone recommend an agent they have used before to sell and were happy with, preferably with some experience in the perth apartment market?
Not a great market right now so a top agent would probably make a difference.
I'm looking for someone who has the skills/experience to make the sale but with enough decency/honesty not to play me eg assume i haven't been following the market and give ridiculously high appraisal to get the deal then play the 'weak market' card, or really low appraisal so they can sell it quick and get their commission (have had one property previously appraised at $280k and $380k by two different agents on the same day!!)
