Perth Future Development Under $500k?

Regarding the property with 726sqm, the agent mentioned it needs a lot of reno and not being in the area (I am based in Sydney) does not make it any easier.

I could not find anything under 400K, and most of the 600+sqm are between 450-500K.

Can you please let me know how does the suburbs you mentioned compare to Girrawheen, and which one is more preferred over others?

I thought under $500k was the goal? Don't all of the above match this criteria?

Most in Girrawheen are already renovated, from my understanding the Government had a deal with Satterley on this for a large chunk of Girrawheen?

Try hunt down an un-renovated one that can still be rented. They do come up.

I still think it is your best bet in relation to potential. The suburbs surround that pocket of Perth are far more expensive, and it is a large piece of land within 15km of the CBD.
 
Thanks for all the feedback and responses everyone. Also any comments on Midvale, large blocks, rezoning occurring now and in the future, some sub $500k?
