Invstor previously advised that our next WAIP meeting would be Wednesday 27th February.
That's this Wednesday, so hope all of you in Perth who would be interested in coming along to find out more about our group and meet some new faces can come along

Time 6.15 for 6.30 start
Cost: $10 per head to cover room hire and electronics cost
We are usually in one of the meeting rooms upstairs. Just follow the signs for WAIP.
This month we are delighted to have Kate Anderson from Bouvard Settlements as our guest speaker. She will speak on how to ensure a contract can smoothly reach settlement and what we need to do to ensure this always happens.
So, bring lots of questions and most importantly bring yourselves.
Plus we will have follow up on a real deal that was presented at the end of last year and a bit of a round table discussion on what the Perth property market is doing.
Plus tea, coffee and time for networking.
