why are perth managent fees ludicrious

fees like 9.35% management fee plus two weeks letting fee plus gst ,etc etc etc in the rockingham area are ludicrious

A few people spoke about it in the thread. Not everyone had the same idea, but it might give you some insight.

I have had quotes and spoken to around 20 PM's in the past 3 years, trying to find one where the arrangements differ, even slightly. You couldn't buy a cup of coffee per year with the difference.

Kent may see this as a strong word, but based on observation and experience with PM's in the Rockingham/Mandurah patch, my conclusion is collusion.

Either that or amazing coincidence.

I'd say Canning Vale are colluding as well. Whole of Perth seems to be 8.5% + gst.

I'm paying 4.5% in Sydney, and around the 7% mark in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide.

Perth seem to be price gouging.
