Agree, I'd let the PM handle if I had one and trusted him/her already. However my situation is that I don' t have a PM yet and would like to be informed even if passing it to a new PM to handle since I haven't had experience with him/her. However this may be a good opportunity to quickly test their capability and build trust.
Also pretty tight on cash so if I can put in some time to save some money, I'll do it rather than looking for another deal since I can't make another deal anyways.
