Good outcome. This will no doubt make a big difference to project viability and end profits...
I've tried and testing a few surveying companies (generally going for the cheapest quote I could find) however, I quickly learned that there is much more to subdivision than just wooden survey pegs.
I was referred to The Land Division by my builder and they have been the most impressive, particularly when the project isn't straightforward and negotiation is required.
