I have built 3 properties in Perth's 3 major new house growth corridors (I choose to build rather than buy to minimise repairs/maitenance etc..).
The three major corridors I choose were,
1). Canning Vale Corridor (Suburbs: Canning Vale, Southern River, Harrisdale, Piara Waters)
2). Success-Atwell Corridor (Suburbs: Success, Atwell, Aubin Grove, Hammond Park)
3).Wattle Grove
My Question is,
I am trying to find the equivalent areas in BRISBANE to start building\buying. I am most likely to stick to buying new house or building to minimise repairs etc..
Can members who know Brisbane (or both Birsbane & Perth) advice what are the equivalent areas in Brisbane are?
