PM for Mosman

Howdy,

I am settling on an IP next monday in Mosman and need to appoint a PM.

I don't want to use the PM recommended by BA as she did not help out or return emails and calls from a friend I referred top her.

Not too fussed about fees as long as in the ballpark, just want someone who does a good job and never contacts me.
