Does anyone have a suggestion (good or bad) for PM's in the Mt Gravatt Area?

We have been happy with Brisbane Realty at Greenslopes who have found us tenants before, but we self-manage, so cannot say what the ongoing service is like.

They have an experienced older lady who looks after things though, and I have heard elsewhere that she is very good.

Shirley has been in the business for over 20 years and she has a great team who do not constantly change so you will deal with the same people year after year.

Shirley is not a pushover with the tenants and she is very fussy on how the property is kept by the tenants.

Our business works with around 30 rentals agents in Brisbane and she is the most thorough.
