I use JDC on Brunswick, so far so good but only a few months in.

I have actually received some IMs (4) to be exact, so will be able to share if needed.
How much do they charge if you don t mind sharing?

We use Property Minders http://www.propertyminders.com.au/ to manage five properties spread across Brisbane. Switched to them in Jan after a nightmare run with another big PM firm in Brisbane.

Have also used them twice as buyer's agents. Very professional and competent. Only problem was GFC, floods, Newman government, high Aussie $ etc. all dragging down QLD economy and property market. Luckily we are in other markets.

Probably best that you discuss that direct with JDC as it will depend on your circumstances. They are in the normal range for Brisbane PMs and charge on a % of rent collected basis. The other alternative is a flat fee approach which some offer.
