It is normal if you came from overseas as Uni student before.

Especially with apartment with laxed (non-strict) reception, one master bedroom can be fitted with at least minimum 4 people and double bunk bed on the living room for another 4, combined with another bunk bed in Sunny room.

So in total: 4x in Master + 4x in Secondary + 4x in Living + 2x in sunny room so in total 14 people per apartment that's a great idea for a cash in hand income weekly.

I've seen more in Surry Hills terrace house, but until today they are still running their business profitably.

I wonder why Sydney council doesn't randomly call or visit those room advertiser in Traffic light and light poles.

You have bought and sold 1 PPOR in that time.

And in the end you remain true to form,still throwing the personal insults around.
