Hey guys, I'm about to take my first step into the world of real estate and I really don't know where to start. I know what my goals are but I have no idea how to structure a portfolio according to those goals. Does anybody have any suggestions on how I go about the structure? Does one do it alone or get help from professionals? If help is needed, where does one find the help?

How much are you willing to pay?
It all depends how good the service is. To set up your life to not be dependant on a job that you dislike is priceless. Obviously the plan would have to be watertight and conditional. I'm aiming to build a team so it would need to be a long term relationship, not just a once off fee as lots can change over time
