Without considering rent or growth, this could be a bargain here.

I'm of the understanding that auctions are particularly uncommon in The bottom end of the market in WA, and when they do come around, it is usually due to a mortgagee sale or some other kind of vendor distress. Hence, low reserves.

Your thoughts?

development of the BG town centre is just around the corner, which is about 800m away on the north side of the corner of Joondalup Dr and Pinjar Road..

Thinking the ad should read "SNELL SNELL SNELL"
