PPSR - new privacy / credit watch process

the entire country is grappling with the PPSR and how it works. It is important to note that this now acts as another form of credit report that you need to monitor and this one is interesting because there is no privacy. so if you want to snoop on someone just do a search on them and see what activity they are up to and what they have interests in, assets, debts etc. It probably won't tell you much yet, but as time goes by and the importance of this register comes to fore it will be quite comprehensive

uh oh - a client's lawyer forgot to register some assets on the PPSR and today lost several million dollars worth of equipment. ouch, I mean, Ouch
